Makes the worst cook look good
Had for a year and can't rate it highly enough. Does everything well except cook really thin cuts of meat. Large thick meats like roast and turkeys are wonderful and this thing makes the best fried chicken. Meats are so moist. Cooks like in slow motion so is more forgiving if you are not the best cook. Meat prep is important. Wash meat and dry then coat lightly with oil and add rubs. Let you meat lay out until it's at room temperature before it goes in the cooker. Get a good thermometer and you'll be set. Wish I had one years ago!!!!

I have used it twice so far and really like it. I cooked leg quarters (9) at one time hanging from leg rack. Chicken skin nice and crisp. I also cooked some cheap steaks and skewers of whole mushrooms only 8 minutes on high. Can't wait to try a whole bunch of other stuff.
